All values in Sterling. Some of the ‘Estimate’ values were revised 18 months into the project, my original materials estimate was £101,000. They exclude rental of the site and various the personal overheads we incurred. The working hours are for actual construction work only up to the time of launch and don’t include research, design, purchasing, project managing, ....
Profession labour includes electrician, steel work, engine fitter, spray painting, gas and a couple of other small ones.
