Loading up with bananas in Aitutaki. We took about 300kg of fruit from Aitutaki and dry goods from Raratonga to Palmerston. They only get trading ships there 2-3 times a year so are dependant on yachties to get much of their supplies.

We were hosted by Bob masters and his family on Palmerstone, having lunch with the family every day. Not much to eat apart from fish, coconuts and pork plus dry goods. The Parrot fish was excellent though I think it may have given me another touch of Cigatera.

Bob spear fishing on the reef at low tide. He could get half a dozen large parrot fish in 40 minutes or so.

Dorado off the stern of Gillaroo.

Someone needs a haircut.
